## Getting Started

Make sure to follow all steps below before opening a ticket.

### Step 1: Disable Anti Virus

Can also be automated with dControl, follow the steps below.

1. Open Virus & Thread Protection
2. Open Manage Settings
3. Disable the following below:
   * Real-Time Protection
   * Cloud-Delivered Protection
   * Automatic Sample Submission
   * Temper Protection

**dControl: Disable Anti Virus**

2. Unzip it. *(Password is: sordum)*
3. Run **dControl.exe** as Admin
4. Press **Disable Windows Defender**.

### Step 2: Disable Firewall

1. Open Firewall & Network Protection
2. Disable the following below:
   * Domain network
   * Private Network
   * Public Network

### Step 3: Disable App & Browser Control

1. Open App & Browser Control
2. Disable the following below:
   * Check apps and files
   * SmartScreen for Microsoft Edge
   * SmartScreen for Microsoft Store Apps

### Step 4: Disable Core Isolation

1. Open Device Security
2. Open Core Isolation Details
3. Disable the following below:
   * Memory Integrity

### Step 5: Disable Secure Boot

**Identifying your motherboard:**

1. Press **Windows + R** to open the Run dialog.
2. Type **msinfo32** and press Enter.
3. Look for the following fields:
   * **BaseBoard Manufacturer**
   * **BaseBoard Product**
   * **BaseBoard Version**

5. To open BIOS
6. Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing F2, F10, DEL, or ESC during startup).
7. Find the **Secure Boot** setting in your BIOS menu.
8. Go to Advanced mode (Not for all the same)
9. Set it to **Disabled**. This option is usually in either the **Security** tab, the **Boot** tab, or the **Authentication** tab.
10. For Asus delete Secure Boot Keys
11. Save the changes and exit the BIOS/UEFI.

### Step 6: Install / Update DirectX

1. Download DirectX -> [Here](https://download.microsoft.com/download/1/7/1/1718CCC4-6315-4D8E-9543-8E28A4E18C4C/dxwebsetup.exe)
2. Run the installer
3. Disable the option "install bing"
4. Follow the on-screen instructions

### Step 7: Install / Repair Microsoft Visuals C++

1. Download both Visuals C++ Installers -> [x64](https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe) / [x86](https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe)
2. Run the installer
3. Press Install or Repair
4. Follow the on-screen instructions
5. Restart PC

## Spoofer Setup

1. Download Loader [HERE](https://gofile.io/d/k0lSIe)
2. If its your first time using press "Register" otherwise "Login" and continue
3. Go to Cleaner page and press "Start Cleaning" (IS NEEDED OTHERWISE SPOOF BUTTON DOESNT WORK)
4. Go to products page and press "Load" to start your Spoofer
5. When getting success you are ready to go!

### Cleaning Instructions

1. Click the Clean button, even if your operating system is fresh. This will clean and spoof certain components of your operating system
2. Once cleaning is complete please head over to the spoof button here all you would need to do is hit spoof and wait.
3. The first time you run our spoofer it'll prompt you to restart as it needs to setup all the dependencies needed.
4. Login to the spoofer and click the spoof button, once it has prompted to be fully spoofed and the loader closes you can compare your serials in a HWID Checker.
5. If everything is changed your good to go and play your favourite EAC / BE game.

### Troubleshooting

#### Product / Spoofer ban

1. If a file says "you are banned", anti-crack was triggered
2. Close any prohibited tools before launching
3. Common blocked tools include:
   * HTTPDebugger
   * x64dbg / x32dbg
   * HxD
   * dnSpy
   * Fiddler Everywhere
   * CosmoSupportTool
   * ProcessHacker
4. If you believe this is a false ban → contact support

#### BSOD (Blue Screen) fixes

1. Update ALL drivers (including GPU)
2. Disable TPM in BIOS
3. Disable Fast Startup in BIOS
4. Disable Hyper-V
5. Enable Virtualization (VT-x / SVM) in BIOS
6. Uninstall ALL VPN clients
7. Open CMD as ADMIN and run:

   ```bash
   sfc /scannow
   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
   ```
8. Restart PC and retry
9. If not fixed → clean Windows reinstall (delete all partitions)

#### Spoofer not working

1. Disconnect from any VPN or proxy

#### How to find DMP file

1. Open File Explorer (Win + E)
2. Go to: C:\Windows\Minidump
3. Locate .dmp files

#### If Minidump folder missing

1. Press Win + R → type: sysdm.cpl
2. Go to Advanced → Startup and Recovery → Settings
3. Set "Write debugging information" to:
   * Automatic memory dump OR Small memory dump (256 KB)
4. Ensure path is: %SystemRoot%\Minidump
5. Apply and restart PC

#### Still cannot find DMP

1. Open File Explorer
2. Enable View → Show → Hidden items
3. Check C:\Windows\Minidump again

#### Sending DMP to support

1. Run Discord as ADMIN
2. Create a support ticket
3. Attach .dmp file
4. Include details:
   * When BSOD happens (spoof / startup / in-game)
   * Your Windows version (winver)
