### Preparing Your Computer

* Ensure you have [Visual C++arrow-up-right](https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/) Libraries and [DirectXarrow-up-right](https://download.microsoft.com/download/1/7/1/1718ccc4-6315-4d8e-9543-8e28a4e18c4c/dxwebsetup.exe) installed. If not, please download and install them.
* Remove any antivirus software from your system.
* Make sure game resolution is borderless.

### 🚫 Mandatory Requirements (IMPORTANT)

Before running the loader, you **MUST**:

* ❌ Remove all antiviruses
* ❌ Disable Windows Defender
* ❌ Disable Windows SmartScreen
* ❌ Delete **FACEIT** (CS:GO anti-cheat)
* ❌ Delete **Vanguard** (Valorant anti-cheat)

⚠️ These protections run at kernel level and **will block the software**.

**⚠️Important: Ensure that the Game Launcher and Game are completely closed before launching the loader.**

* **Open Medal with Admin Rights**
* **Open game once loader closes**
* **Once you're in game lobby press F2 and wait until menu appears (10-60 seconds)**
* **Enjoy Button to Open & Hide menu: Insert**

**If no menu - make sure your game resolution is borderless or windowed**

### Error Fix

#### You hear the beep after pressing F2 but no menu ?

Make sure you have these enabled on medal:

#### Random Crashes / Freezes

If you experience random crashes or freezes, follow these recommendations:

* Set **graphics settings to the lowest possible values**
* Limit **in-game FPS to a stable value**
* Completely disable:
  * **Super Resolution**
  * **DLSS**
  * **FSR**

**Exception:** **AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.0** in **Ultra Performance mode** may work correctly in some cases.

#### Instant Crash on Game Launch

If you are using the **Official Launcher / WeGame**, **do not launch the game without the cheat after the first injection**, otherwise the game may start **crashing every time on launch**.

If you already launched the game **without the cheat after the first injection** and it now instantly closes, do the following:

1. **Restart your PC**
2. **Verify game files** through the launcher
3. Launch the **cheat again as usual**

#### Error #1

Follow these steps **in order**, restarting your PC **after each change**:

1. Disable **HVCI (Core Isolation)**
2. Disable **Microsoft Driver Blocklist**
3. Disable **Local Security Authority (LSA)**

#### Loader Crashes After Key Verification

Install the latest **Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable** packages for both architectures:

Also remove the following software if installed:

* **VMWare (virtual machine software)**
* Any **Debug Tools**

#### Final Checklist Before Starting the Loader

Before launching the loader, make sure that:

* The **game and launcher are fully closed**
* **Windows Defender Real-Time Protection is disabled**
* **FACEIT Anti-Cheat is uninstalled**

If all steps are followed exactly, most issues will be resolved.
